Evergreen Campus of Care

Assisted living is designed for those who have been receiving support in their own homes through the Home Care Program and now require further assistance.

The assisted living program offers support through a number of services: weekly light housekeeping, flat linen laundry services, 2 meals a day (lunch and supper) plus snacks, recreational activities and 24 hour on-site response. The Case Manager from the Fraser Health Authority conducts an assessment to determine the level of support that is most suitable for the individual and this may include assistance with personal care and medication management.
