Assisted Living

Evergreen Heights offers 84 funded Assisted Living units designed for people who can continue to live independently with some assistance.  

Services offered include personal care, medication management, 24 hour on-site emergency response, light housekeeping, flat linen laundry services, 2 meals a day (lunch and supper) plus a continental breakfast, afternoon snacks and recreational activities.

Access to Evergreen Heights is made through the Fraser Health Home Health Care Program. A Case Manager will conduct an assessment to determine the level of support that is most suitable for qualifying individuals. Contact The Fraser Home Health Care Program at (604) 541-6800 for more information.
