A free workshop that will answer your questions, and teach you techniques to foster effective coping in families with ageing parents.  Designed for those who provide care and support of others who cannot live independently.

In today's fast paced world, it's a challenge for mid-life children to attend to their own children, home life, careers, commitments to family and ageing parents.
